Part 1. Opening the Program
- Select your PowerPoint Program and Open, then click the Insert tab located at the right side of Insert menu bar.

- Select Custom area to be recorded by pressing (Windows logo key+Shift+A). If you want to record the entire screen, (FULL SCREEN) press the (Windows + Shift + F) keys simultaneously.
- Select Record Communication Device (Windows+Shift+U) in order to take a voice/audio
- Select Capture Pointer for pointing features in your video (Windows+Shift+O)
- To start recording screen press record button (Red Button) or (Windows + Shift + R)
- Click the Pause button if you want or press square to stop recording.
Part 3: Save As Video
- Select the File menu and click on Save As - Choose Location to Save - Save As Type - Choose MPEG-4 Video or Windows Media Video then Save.
